This is a Class 1 Company Driver role based in Abbotsford, BC, with trips to West Coast USA and the Delta, BC location listed for reference.
The role includes paid holidays, 10 sick days and 3 personal days, group benefits and dental insurance, and an annual boot allowance.
Yes, there are multiple pay premiums including border delays per hour, border crossing, live load/unload, layover pay, trailer switches, breakdown pay, safety bonus, heavy haul premium, and expert fuel premium.
You must be at least 21 years old, have one year of verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience, a clean driving record with a maximum of three demerit points, zero convictions or out-of-service events on your abstract, and no offences under the Criminal Code of Canada.
The role offers the ability to set your hours with a minimum of 5 days out.
The company provides dedicated, reliable and well-maintained trucks and has maintenance shops in St. Remi, QC; Cambridge, ON; London, ON; and Windsor, ON.
