About the Role

Youll meet with members virtually, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available benefit options, and assist them throughout the enrollment process. Your goal is to make the experience clear, organized, professional, and easy to understand.

Youll also maintain relationships with clients and provide continued assistance when their needs or circumstances change.

Your Responsibilities
Connect with members who have requested benefit information
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Learn about each members needs and priorities
Review and clearly explain available benefit programs
Answer questions and provide professional client support
Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and provide ongoing assistance
Participate in continued training and professional development
