POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Property Manager for the South Shore of Montreal. Reporting to the Regional Multi-Residential Director, the Property Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of a multi-residential complex. The Property Manager must provide a human touch to both tenants and the employees under their supervision.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ensure optimal management of your building
• Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality
• Manage rent collection and deposits according to established standards
• Manage the different teams that offer services to the building
• Provide a high level of customer service

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
• Good communication
• Good team player
• A working knowledge of real estate management
• A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
• Experience in personnel management
• French and English essential
