This role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in scaling and growing software businesses, a strong commercial instinct, and the ability to lead across product, operations, and finance. The Managing Director will be expected to build and develop a high-performing team, with a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, all while being customer-obsessed. Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a background as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L ownership of a software or technology business. The role requires a leader with a strong new-product track record, experience in team leadership, and a comfort with emerging technologies, including AI.
