The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and business support functions. The role involves providing executive leadership in financial stewardship, resource allocation, and integrated planning to ensure the delivery of sustainable, high-quality care. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related discipline, a recognized professional accounting designation, and at least 15 years' experience in financial accounting and management, including financial planning and budgeting in a large, complex business environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading and implementing change, proficiency in financial and administrative management, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience in the public sector, particularly in healthcare, is an asset.
