About the Role

The Company is seeking a Board Director to join its community-based, volunteer Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be part of a governance body that is dedicated to the effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and ensuring the best quality of care for patients and clients.

Time Commitment:

Candidates for the Board Director position should be prepared to serve a minimum of 15-20 hours per month, including regular Board and Committee meetings.

Additional Information:

• The role is voluntary, and while there is no financial remuneration, approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.
