About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Advancement to lead the strategic philanthropic initiatives that align with the institution's mission and priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Creating and implementing an Advancement strategic plan
Leading a team of professionals
Ensuring the delivery of fundraising goals

This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in major gift fundraising, including the ability to:

Secure seven-figure gifts
Lead significant campaigns

The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of philanthropy and engagement, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
