Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing (Medical Products)

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical supplies industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing (Medical Products) to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing (Medical Products)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards, including small medical and laboratory products such as testing kits, sample bottles, lab supplies, and healthcare-related products.
• Utilize RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory efficiently.
• Prepare shipments and ensure products are packaged correctly for safe delivery.
• Perform order verification and maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in warehouses, order picking, packing, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
