Bakery plant supervisor

Position: Bakery plant supervisor
Wages: CAD$29.80-37.00/hour (depending on experience)
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: hours/week
Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay, Extended health care

Job Duties:
Identify and mitigate potential hazards at all stages of the bakery production process to ensure
compliance with health and safety standards
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of bakery production staff, and review their
performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met
Recommend personnel actions, including recruitment, promotions, and role advancements, based
on performance evaluations and operational needs
Train staff in job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure compliance,
efficiency, and a safe working environment
Prepare production reports and related documentation to monitor output, track performance, and
support operational decision-making
Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and improve
overall product quality
Establish effective methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other
departments to ensure seamless operations

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required
