What you'll do

• Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Prepare cocktails accurately and consistently
• Serve wine, beer, and spirits with confidence
• Maintain an efficient pace in a high-volume bar
• Keep your bar area clean, organized, and inviting
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure excellent service
• Help create the energetic and welcoming Délice atmosphere
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cash handling procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending or high-volume restaurant experience
• Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Fast, organized, friendly, and able to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
• Fluency in French is required. English is an asset to provide quality service to our occasional English-speaking guests.
