Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Help customers with shipping, printing, and mailbox services
Safely pack and prepare parcels for shipment
Process courier and retail transactions
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
Answer customer inquiries and recommend services
Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Fluent in French and English
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
