Product Manager
Borrowell is a Canadian financial technology (fintech) company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. About the Role
Borrowell is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative digital financial products. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to identify customer needs, define product roadmaps, and deliver solutions that enhance Borrowell's credit monitoring, lending, and financial wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for new features and products.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature requirements.
Lead Agile product development, sprint planning, and product delivery.
Monitor product performance using analytics and key performance metrics.
Conduct competitive research and recommend product improvements.
Coordinate product launches and ensure successful cross-functional execution.
Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
Communicate product roadmaps, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology.
Experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
Experience collaborating with software engineering and UX/UI design teams.
Knowledge of banking, lending, credit products, or financial technology is an asset.
