A Full-Stack Engineer at Neo Financial designs, develops, and maintains scalable web applications and backend services that power the company's digital banking and financial technology platform. Working closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams, you'll build secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
Build responsive user interfaces, backend APIs, and reliable software services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Develop and integrate internal and third-party APIs and services.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across development and production environments.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment improvements.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong programming experience with languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and Agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
