Forklift Operator- Reach and Counterbalance

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and excellent operational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Range: $24/hr-$25

Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:00pm and Fridays 6:30am to 3:00pm

Assignment Duration: 4 weeks

What's the Job?

• Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to pick and prepare products for shipment
• Accurately read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documentation
• Ensure safety, quality, and order details are maintained during operations
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and compile worksheets or tickets based on customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient warehouse operations

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience with valid certification
• Fall arrest certification
• Working knowledge of RF scanners
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
