Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Platform Adoption & Enablement, Power Platform to join their team. As a Platform Adoption & Enablement, Power Platform, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise-wide platform adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving digital change, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Platform Adoption & Enablement, Power Platform
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Rate: $40.00
What's the Job?
- Own and execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap across all business units and regions, with a focus on LATAM and ANJK.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Power Platform training programs for various user personas.
- Build and manage enablement assets such as guides, videos, and knowledge bases to support self-service learning.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote platform value and measure adoption success.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track platform usage, adoption metrics, and business impact.
What's Needed?
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital adoption, technology enablement, or learning & development roles, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and influencing change.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering large-scale training programs with measurable outcomes.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-300 are highly preferred.
