Our client, a leading organization in the energy distribution sector, is seeking a Analyst I - Program Participant Management to join their team. As a Analyst I - Program Participant Management, you will be part of the Program Management Department supporting client engagement and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Analyst I - Program Participant Management

Pay Range: $34.97

What's the Job?

• Assist clients in managing their participation requests for subsidy programs administered by the organization, particularly for the dual-energy program
• Process participation requests and follow up on their status
• Participate in follow-up meetings with stakeholders regarding participation files
• Manage payments, perform follow-up, and reconcile reimbursement requests
• Design and implement tools to coordinate and manage administrative files effectively

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in French and a good understanding of English
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Results-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
