Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative follow-ups related to operations;
- Prepare various operational reports and documents;
- Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations;
- Follow up with suppliers;
- Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date;
- Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities;
- Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting;
- Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment;
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives;
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment;
- Participate in health and safety activities when required;
- Perform any other related duties as needed;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (an asset);
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
- Good knowledge of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite;
- English required (French considered an asset)

This is a full-time position located in Woodstock, NB.
You will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities, prepare reports, assist with purchasing and supplier follow-up, maintain records, help plan preventive maintenance, assist in repairs and troubleshooting, perform basic inspections, and participate in continuous improvement and health and safety activities.
Technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is an asset, along with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
English is required, with French considered an asset.
