We are currently partnering with a modern, patient-centered dental practice in ThunderBay , Ontario seeking a full-time Dentist . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing quality dental care and eager to build strong, long-term relationships with patients. For motivated practitioners, annual earnings typically fall between $250K and $300K in the first year , with significant growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide comprehensive oral health assessments and routine dental checkups
Diagnose, plan, and deliver treatments for a wide range of dental conditions
Perform restorative and surgical procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and prosthetics
Guide patients through treatment plans, ensuring they understand their options
Promote preventive care and educate patients on proper oral hygiene habits
Keep thorough, accurate records of patient care and treatment progress
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Stay engaged with ongoing professional development and new techniques in dentistry

What We're Looking For

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program ( mandatory )
Active dental license in Ontario, eligible to practice without restriction ( mandatory )
Previous hands-on experience as a Dentist in private practice or clinic setting
Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures and familiarity with current dental technologies
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and problem-solving abilities
Professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
Commitment to continuous learning and excellence in patient care
