Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare support sector, is seeking a Facilities Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Facilities Services team supporting the maintenance and operational needs of Humber Hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Service Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

What's the Job?

  • Handle inbound service requests received via telephone, email, and web interface to support timely resolution of client needs
  • Create and dispatch work orders to internal and external service providers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
  • Assess and prioritize service requests to facilitate prompt response and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, Facility Managers, landlords, and other relevant parties
  • Participate in program initiatives and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical or business training preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or facilities support
  • Proficiency in English, with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with computerized work systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with flexible availability
