Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the panel workshop team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Range: $24/hr - $25/hr

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am

What's the Job?

• Support and coordinate production activities within the panel workshop to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Participate in panel assembly, wiring, and fault-finding tasks as needed
• Assist in executing production plans under supervision and support shift handovers
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety standards
• Troubleshoot issues, provide training to new team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1-year experience in panel manufacturing or assembly
• Minimum 1-year previous team lead experience
• Ability to work afternoon/evening hours from 3:30pm to 12:00am
• Strong safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
