The Prescott and Russell Residence, a long-term care facility of 146 beds located in Hawkesbury, requires candidates with abilities, training and experience to fill unionized part-time positions. The Employer will reimburse the cost of renewing your license.(for a nurse who works at least 750 hours for PRR in a calendar year)

Requirements:

Valid work permit;
Must have a RN certificate from the Ontario College of Nurses; or be able to demonstrate application for a certificate of qualification from the College of Nurses of Ontario by the date of hire;
Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise the nurses' work;
Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Internet software;
Must have CPR certification.

Asset:

Experience in Gerontology Nursing, rehabilitation or long-term nursing or a gerontology certificate from a recognized college.

A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
