Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsible for user access management and operational support across key enterprise platforms and investment applications.
- Support procedures for banking portals and investment apps
- Incident response and escalation documentation
- Translate complex systems and cross-bank terminology into clear documentation
- Collaborate with cyber/security teams on monthly reporting alignment
- Standardize documentation across a large and growing application portfolio
- Contribute to day-to-day SRE support to stay aligned with operational reality
- 100-120 applications (growing), primarily capital markets systems
- Fully Azure cloud-based environment
- Documentation supporting front-office critical systems
Key Skills
- Strong technical writing and process documentation
- Application support procedures
- Ability to translate technical + business terminology clearly
- Understanding of:
- SRE or application support background (to ground documentation in reality)

- Create and maintain:
- Application runbooks and SOPs
- Support procedures for banking portals and investment apps
- Incident response and escalation documentation
- Translate complex systems and cross-bank terminology into clear documentation
- Collaborate with cyber/security teams on monthly reporting alignment
- Standardize documentation across a large and growing application portfolio
- Ensure documentation reflects real-world support scenarios
- Contribute to day-to-day SRE support to stay aligned with operational reality
