Project Controls Specialist for Capital Projects

Accelerate project success as a Project Controls Specialist focused on scheduling and cost management. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to enhance governance, forecasting accuracy, and cost visibility while minimizing administrative duties. This in-office and remote role involves developing detailed project schedules and monitoring their performance. You will prepare forecasts, manage change orders, and track costs across multiple projects. This ensures stakeholders receive clear, accurate cost and schedule reports in a timely fashion. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules • Monitor performance; identify schedule risks or delays • Prepare forecasts and support monthly accrual processes • Review contractor billings; manage change orders • Track costs, Purchase Orders, and forecasts in Maximo Requirements: • Experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost control • Strong knowledge of forecasting and budget management • Proven experience in multi-project environments • Proficient in Primavera, Excel, or Maximo • Strong analytical and communication skills Make an impact by enhancing project governance and cost visibility while effectively managing schedules.
