This role entails leading reliability initiatives critical to electrical systems supporting continuous production. Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Operations, and engineering teams to reduce equipment failures and enhance the lifecycle of electrical assets. Your expertise will directly influence predictive and preventive maintenance programs across the facility. Key Responsibilities: • Develop reliability programs for major electrical systems • Lead investigations into reliability issues and failures • Optimize predictive maintenance programs and strategies • Provide electrical engineering support for upgrades • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Requirements: • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering required • Registered P.Eng. in Alberta needed • 5-10 years in industrial electrical reliability • Experience in continuous manufacturing environments • Strong investigative skills for root cause analysis Leverage your expertise to ensure the reliability and safety of essential electrical systems, driving effectively optimized maintenance and operational success.
