IMAC Technician - Workstation Refresh Project

Travel Required: Yes (Rental car provided)

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable IMAC Technicians to support a large-scale Workstation Refresh Project across multiple client locations.
This role involves hands-on technical work, travel, and coordination with onsite teams to ensure seamless hardware transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to assigned client sites using a provided rental vehicle.
• Unpack and set up new workstation hardware including desktops/laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
• Power-on and verify basic functionality of new equipment.
• Disconnect, pack, and prepare old hardware for return or disposal.
• Follow configuration and setup instructions provided by the client.
• Maintain accurate records of completed refreshes and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with project coordinators and site contacts.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all client locations.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in IT hardware deployment, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, or similar technical field.
• Strong understanding of workstation components and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with driving.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Details:
• Technicians will report to a central facility for initial hardware configuration before deployment.
• All necessary tools, documentation, and support will be provided.
• Mileage and travel expenses are covered via rental car program.
