Business Systems Analyst /Product Lead (Workflow Focus on banking domain)

Contract Term: 6 months, highly renewable
Work Location : downtown Toronto, ON. Hybrid, 4 days a week onsite

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst /Product Lead (Workflow Focus) on banking Business side.

Context :
Scope: Enterprise-wide Capital Markets, starting with Global Markets
Current state: ServiceNow (to be decommissioned)
Target state: New unified platform with client self-service (2-year horizon)

Key responsibilities:
Translate strategy into detailed requirements
Focus on post-front office roadmap
Support establishing JIRA structure and PMO dashboards (with PMO team)
Document ServiceNow decommission requirements
Design workflow modifications for new platform

Deliverables:
Detailed workflow requirements
Migration documentation
PMO dashboard setup
