Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT leadership to define network modernization roadmaps and strategies.
• Manage a team of network engineers and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Assess current network infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of modern network solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network architectures, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor network performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Evaluate new technologies for continuous improvement.

• Identified gaps to modernization requirements.
• Consolidated business requirements for modernization, prioritized by impact and feasibility.
