What's the Job?

Duration: 1 Year (with possibility of extension)
Work Model: Hybrid

  • In-Office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Remote: Wednesday, Friday
    Travel Required: Yes - to Chatham and North York offices

Compensation

  • Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $46.60/hr
  • Suggested Pay Rate (Incorporated): $56.31/hr

About the Role

The Sales Support Advisor plays a key role in supporting Client's Distribution In-franchise Sales team by managing internal policies, procedures, and communications. This is a highly organized, operational role that indirectly supports sales efforts through documentation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sustainment meetings and identify process/policy improvements
  • Liaise between engineering/operations and sales teams
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation
  • Coordinate internal/external communications and newsletters
  • Maintain department SharePoint and website content
  • Deliver training and information sessions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts
  • Support interpretation of policy and training material development
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to implement process changes
  • Experience in utility/government or contract customer market is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; PowerBI experience preferred
  • Project management experience is an asset
