Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced bar professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Dooly's New Minas. Working with the on-site manager, the Assistant Manager leads by example offering excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. This full time position includes bartending and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service as a bartender
Train and develop new staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with the management team on marketing and customer service initiatives
Lead by example demonstrating strong leadership qualities to motivate team members.

Requirements

Three years of experience bartending, preferably in a VLT environment
1 year of leadership experience within the industry
Strong mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
