Journey Autogroup is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our dynamic Parts Department. About the Role:
As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and the highest level of service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers. You'll lead a fast-paced department with a focus on customer satisfaction, parts sales growth, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Parts team, including Parts Advisors and support staff
Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock without excess, utilizing CDK and Dealer Connect
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories sales
Ensure accurate and timely parts ordering, receiving, and distribution
Provide exceptional customer service to internal technicians, wholesale clients, and retail customers
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
Monitor and improve department profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and sales
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
Collaborate with Service and Sales departments to support dealership operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Position and Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Some Saturdays may be required

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience
Bonus structure based on department performance and sales goals

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dealership Parts Department, with leadership or management responsibilities
Strong knowledge of CDK and Dealer Connect systems
Previous Chrysler, GM, or Ford experience is a strong asset
Proven ability to manage inventory and drive sales
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and guide a team in a process-driven environment
Valid BC Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and body parts, as well as aftermarket accessories
