Newton-Trelawney Property Management, is a condominium property management company with a large portfolio of properties under management in the Eastern GTA market. Located in Ajax, Ontario Newton-Trelawney has provided exceptional service to condo owners since 1978.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team of outstanding Condominium Property Managers

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a property manager;

A general license in good standing with the CMRAO;

A working knowledge of the Condominium Act;

Must be proficient in MS Work, Excel, Outlook; social media skills a plus

Strong verbal communication skills and letter writing skills;

A team player who is confident, creative and solution focused.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of condominium properties;

Direct and oversee all property maintenance;
Receive, clarify and respond to maintenance requests from Owners and directors
Provide advice and guidance to Owners and the Board of Directors.
Supervise and organize all contractors and contractor work; provide feedback on contractor performance, delivering results at the most economical price
Maintain control of all operating and reserve expenses in accordance with annual budgets
Attend evening Monthly Board Meetings and Special Meetings and Owners' Meetings as required
Provide a management, property inspection and financial reports in advance of each Board Meeting
Respond to resident/owner inquiries; act as liaison between the Board of Directors and all owners
Other duties as assigned as described in the Property Management Agreement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
