About the Role

This is a critical position that ensures crews have the right materials, equipment, and documentation ready so they can hit the road and get to work.

What You'll Do

Source and order project materials using our procurement software
Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival
Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays, shortages, or price issues
Prepare materials, equipment, and documentation for crews in advance
Coordinate and occasionally assist with materials handling (including pipe, valves, fittings)
Keep procurement records accurate and up to date in our system

Highly detail-oriented - takes pride in accuracy and minimizing mistakes

Comfortable with both office and physical work
Must be able to safely handle materials weighing up to 120 lbs as part of the job
Valid driver's license
