ClearEdge Property Maintenance is expanding into telecommunications and is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality installation services with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

You will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and improvement of telecommunications infrastructure. This hands-on position requires a detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and quick-learning individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

General duties include, but are not limited to:

Installing and connecting cable (buried and aerial)

Performing drop installations from underground to aerial

Setting up and maintaining safe job sites

Reading and following work orders, maps, and site plans

Operating hand tools, power tools, and telecom-specific equipment

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs

Valid G driver's license with clean driver's abstract

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Ability to complete on-the-job training for:

Working at Heights

Traffic Control Person & Flagging

First Aid & CPR

Electrical Safety Awareness

Previous experience in telecommunications, construction, or a labour-intensive role is an asset but not required

Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment is an asset but not required
