What you'll be doing
You'll be installing premium epoxy and polyaspartic floors in garages, basements, commercial spaces, and big specialty projects like airplane hangars and fire stations. You'll be using floor grinders, hand tools, and other pro gear and we'll train you on everything.
A lot of the job is surface prep and repair, making sure concrete is perfect before we coat it. You'll be working alongside a crew that has insanely high standards and you'll be learning a trade that will keep you in demand for life.

Who we're looking for
You've got a good attitude and you're willing to learn. You're comfortable with tools or you pick things up fast. You can get to job sites on time. You take pride in what you do. Experience in construction, flooring, painting, or trades is a bonus but not required.
