Arborist Crew Leader

Experience Level:

Four years of increasingly responsible arboriculture, tree pruning and tree removal experience.

Recommended Training:
TCIA Tree Care Academy - Crew Leader, Tree Care Specialist, Aerial Lift Specialist, Electrical Hazard Awareness Program, Aerial Rescue Training Program, Tree Climber Specialist, Ground Operations Specialist, Chainsaw Specialist, Chipper Operator Specialist, Tree Care Apprentice
IHSA Utility Line Clearing Technician Proficiency Utility Arborist
Traffic Control - Temporary Work Zones (Book 7)
Optional TCIA Tree Care Academy Specialties - SRT Climber Specialist, Compact Lift Specialist, Tree Care Safety Specialist

Recommended Licenses or Certificates:
International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist
Certified Arborist 444A and/or Certified Utility Arborist 444B

Ministry of Transportation Class D driver's license with Z Endorsement
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Ontario Pesticide Applicators License (Landscape)
Ministry of Labour - Working at Heights Training Program Standard equivalent
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
