Overview:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing brand perception, and contributing to the company's overall success through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that connect with target audiences and differentiate the brand in the market.
Oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content (websites and e-marketing), and social media assets.
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels, products, and customer touchpoints.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Translate market insights into actionable strategies and tactics to drive brand growth and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products or services.
Oversee marketing assets including images, videos, and any other materials that promote and support sales.
Manage the physical inventory of marketing materials and contribute to budget management for these resources.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
Experience in Business-to-Business environments, dealer network and consumer market.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
High proficiency in Wordpress or similar Content Management System
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Strong understanding of Internet Marketing/Search Engine Optimization, Google and social media
Excellent communication and organizational skills
