With over 35 years in business, Canadian Process Serving has grown into North America's largest process serving Company, providing litigation support services to the legal profession, businesses and private citizens. We are looking for qualified individuals to be self-employed, independent, part-time contracted Process Servers.

Successful candidates are those who are mature, efficient, and flexible, can work independently, are detail oriented, and can communicate effectively with clients and co-workers. Candidates must have a clean background (provable by a criminal records check), have references, and be able to set up a home office (ie. cellular phone, printer, computer with Microsoft Word and internet access). Candidates also will require a properly maintained and insured vehicle.
