Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Installer who has experience in high-end residential construction - or a talented commercial installer who's ready to make the transition into custom homes. You'll be part of a crew that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and the kind of attention to detail that makes a project stand out.

What You'll Do:

Install custom ductwork and ventilation systems in high-end residential homes
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
Work closely with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work sites
Solve problems on the fly and adapt to the unique challenges of custom home work

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sheet metal installation (residential or commercial)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct installation best practices
Ability to read mechanical drawings
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Red Seal Certification (asset, not required)
