Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Order Picking

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Warehouse

Shift: Afternoons: 3:00PM - 11:30PM

Mandatory Sunday Shift with Saturdays Off + One mutually agreed day off during the work week.

Environment: Freezer and Cooler

Warehouse Order Picking Duties

This is a physical position which includes the following duties:

Prepare, pick and complete orders according to written instructions on pick labels.
Receive and process warehouse orders (picking, wrapping, put away, etc.).
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping racks, work area and freezers clean.
Perform inventory/audit controls and keep quality standards high.
Maintain consistent and quality work by following organizational procedures and methods.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

General Labour Duties

This is a physical position which includes the following duties:

Ability to lift objects (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain consistent and quality work by following organizational procedures and methods.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping work area clean.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Teamwork oriented and positive attitude.
Perform audit controls and keep quality standards high.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as a warehouse worker is an asset.
Teamwork oriented and positive attitude.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs).
Excellent reading and math comprehension.
