Your mission:

Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)
Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
Clearly document results and content of calls
Uphold client workplans and GCQ Canada's Code of ethics

Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to function in a team environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Bilingualism French required
