Rainbow Net & Rigging Ltd. is a 39 year old business that is locally owed. The company specializes in Commercial Fishing and Industrial Marine. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative with experience in the industry an asset.
Responsibilities:
Providing the main point of contact for store customers. Responsible for assisting and processing customers' orders and inquiries.
Provide customer support by phone, e-mails and internet orders, i.e., pricing quotations, shipping quotes, contacting and processing orders.
Process incoming orders in a timely manner and ensure pricing and quantity are correct.
Communicate with warehouse to ensure orders are being shipped according to customers' requirement in a cost-effective manner.
Proactively follow up on open orders and work with Sales Team to ensure that the customer is always taken care of.
Merchandising of the retail store. Replenish, advertising and overall appearance.
Provide administrative support including daily reconciliations of cash sales, settling interac sales daily and providing other support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and experience
Excellent time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to adapt to organizational changes affecting the role
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Compensation:
Salary, benefits and bonuses commensurate with experience. Starting rate is $17.50/hour.
