Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Point-Person for Your Division :Serve as the central point of contact and leader for your division, ensuring smooth communication and coordination among team members and customers. Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment that drives productivity and success.
Masterful Utilization of Internal Systems : Seamlessly navigates internal systems to efficiently manage daily tasks, quoting, scheduling, and customer information tracking. Monitor division performance with precision and foresight.
Exceptional Customer Engagement : Interact with customers via phone and email, delivering unparalleled service and expert guidance. Manage job requests with finesse through effective communication channels.
Meticulous Quoting and Scheduling : Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in executing precise quoting and scheduling of jobs. Prepare, review, and edit quotations to exceed customer expectations.
Proactive Problem-Solving : Utilize your problem-solving prowess to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine schedules and plans.
Manage Work Order Reports : Oversee and manage Work Order reports on a weekly basis, ensuring that information is relevant and up to date. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Salesforce Proficiency : Input and maintain customer data in Salesforce (CRM), leveraging its capabilities to enhance customer relationships and streamline processes.
Dynamic Inside Sales Support : Identify up-sell opportunities and provide exceptional inside sales support. Generate outbound calls to prospective customers with confidence and finesse.
