Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Salary: $36.19 Hourly

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location of work: Greater Vancouver Area

Duties: Installation of pipe and duct insulation, canvassing, PVC jacketing, metal jacketing and cladding.

Responsibilities: Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of High School

Experience: 3-5 years experience in Commercial Insulation

Specialization: Insulation of Plumbing, cold water and drain lines, ventilation and exhaust, steam and condensate process lines

Credentials: Insulator (heat and frost) Trade Certification (Level 1 or greater)

Languages: Speak, read & write English

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Essential Skills: Reading text, writing, communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning

Transportation/Travel Information: Must have a valid driver's licence
