Are you ready to dive into an exciting world of hospitality and outdoor adventure this summer? Look no further! Our prestigious private club is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Line and breakfast cook. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers - Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Train new employees on kitchen procedures and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in food handling and safety protocols - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is required - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, have experience in food preparation, and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
