Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as Hosts and Support Staff. As a Host/Hostess/Runner, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Support Staff will assist with various tasks to maintain a clean and efficient dining environment. Our ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities for Host:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience by addressing any concerns or special requests

Responsibilities for Support Staff:
Assist servers and other staff members with clearing tables, refilling beverages, and other support tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including bussing tables and restocking supplies
Help with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a host, support staff, or customer service role is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform other physical tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
