Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of roll-off containers to and from various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Operate roll-off trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Transport roll-off containers to designated locations for pickup and delivery.
Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and service needs.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while loading and unloading containers.
Assist with the maintenance of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Skills

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations related to commercial driving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy loads when necessary.
Previous experience as a roll-off driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
