Candidate should be comfortable doing data entry using different programs. Computer skills is an asset. Must be able to efficiently monitor camera systems of different types, as well as be able to identify active situations and alert the appropriate parties needed. Display of proper phone etiquette and acting in a professional and calm manner is a must.

Candidate must be willing to complete Security Dispatch training course of approximately 30 hours online.
