Are you a person with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service? Page The Cleaner is looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Representative to become the face of our company and ensure our customers always leave with a smile! This position will be primarily based in the West End of Edmonton, with occasional shifts required in St. Albert. The ideal candidate should be flexible and comfortable working at both locations as needed.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers with their cleaning needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Provide expert advice on our services and upsell additional offerings while focusing on value and efficiency.
Handle orders, process payments, and manage customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter environment using Lean principles to reduce waste and streamline operations.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and identify areas for service improvement.
Collaborate with the team to meet counter goals, continuously improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role preferred.
Experience in a dry-cleaning, laundry, or textile-related industry is a plus.
Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable handling garments, including lifting, sorting, and tagging.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads.
Willingness to wear appropriate PPE when required.
Ability to adapt to different work environments and locations
