Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical retail and sales, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs. The Optician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and products.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products based on their prescriptions and personal preferences.
Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles to enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform fittings and adjustments of eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort for each patient.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of optical merchandise.
Process orders for eyewear through our laboratory system, ensuring accuracy in specifications.
Handle retail sales transactions, including processing payments and managing inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Licensed Optician / Contact lens Fitter.
Ability to dispense and assist with frame selection and Contact Lenses.
Familiarity with optical equipment and laboratory processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate customers about products effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
