We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Mobile Security Officers to join our high profile security site located in the heart of one of Vancouver's downtown. This position requires strong social perceptiveness, strong deportment, and impeccable Verbal & written communication skills.

Wage: $21.80

Shift Time: various shifts

Currently Hiring: Security Officers, Access Control Officers, Security Ops Center Officers, Shift Supervisors

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you get the chance to work alongside other port-related and logistics services As a Container Terminal Security Officer, your main duties will include anticipating and addressing inquiries, hazards, obstacles, and traffic concerns, patrolling the facility regularly, ensuring authorized entry to secure areas only, writing detailed incident reports, and complying with the Marine Transportation Security Regulations.

Have prior experience and a valid security license

Security officers are subject to thorough background checks and security clearances, in addition to carrying a valid Security License.

Requirement

Valid Transport Security Clearance is preferred or we will help you apply.
Valid BC Drivers Licence and clean Drivers Abstract.
Good problem solving and decision-making skills, including working under pressure.
Discretion when handling confidential and private information.
Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
Must be at least 19 years of age and have a high school diploma.
